Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 29, 2025
The services provided by ADVENTURE OF THE WILD LLC, identification number 32-0750522, consist of training services, travel advisory services, and guided activities in natural environments.
The trips designed are not package holidays where everything is paid in a single fee. The services necessary to carry out the trip are paid for directly or indirectly by the client. The client will always know where their money is being spent.
ADVENTURE OF THE WILD LLC will always inform the client of the total cost of the trip without excluding or concealing any additional costs. Therefore, the client will always know the final cost of the trip or services.
0.0 – General Conditions
Activities, programs, and courses will be led by Mountain Guides and certified sports technicians accredited, with qualifications in training and leading mountain activities. For international trips, travel coordinators may also be involved.
adventureofthewild.com reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to weather conditions or any circumstance that may affect group safety. The company also reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behavior endangers their own safety or that of the group, shows disrespect toward the environment, or toward fellow participants, without entitlement to a refund.
If a client or participant does not meet the required or agreed technical or physical level, the Guide may modify the itinerary or program, if possible, to adapt to the participant’s level. The Guide may also modify the program depending on weather or mountain conditions to ensure safety. Guide-to-client ratios will always prioritize safety criteria and respect the agreed minimum number per course or activity.
The client/participant is required to inform adventureofthewild.com of any health conditions, allergies, or cardiovascular diseases before contracting any activity. The participant also agrees not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, or any medication that may affect their reaction capacity.
a) For all international treks, the client must contract accident insurance if the itinerary exceeds 3,500 meters in altitude.
b) For activities within US, adventureofthewild.com will provide accident insurance.
The client is responsible for their own transportation to the agreed starting point unless otherwise specified for a particular activity. The contract and responsibility of jdsimonguide.com apply exclusively to the direct work of its Guides and the organization of the activity.
Loss, negligence, or misuse of equipment provided by jdsimonguide.com (beyond normal wear and tear or force majeure) will be the responsibility of the client and must be reimbursed.
1.0 – REGISTRATION FOR ACTIVITIES
1.1 Activity Registration

100% of the total activity cost must be paid before the start of the contracted activity or within the established deadlines.
Activity prices are in Euros and per person, including direct services provided by adventureofthewild.com. Unless expressly stated otherwise, external services (hotels, refuges, meals, transportation, cable cars, etc.) are the client’s responsibility.
For the two days vivac activity, the equipment specified on the activity page will be included and provided by adventureofthewild.com (sleeping bag, tent, stove, sleeping mat, cutlery, freeze-dried food). Personal individual equipment (mountain clothing, boots, backpack, etc.) is not included. Each activity will specify the required personal equipment.
1.2 Trip Registration

The remaining amount will be managed by the client before and during the trip for services such as accommodation, flights, transportation, meals, and activities.
1.3 Travel Budget
The budget includes services detailed on the product’s sales page. It does not include visas, vaccination certificates, flights, extras, or any service not specified. Prices are estimates of the expected cost for the client. Any variation in these elements may result in a revision of the final price. The client is responsible for managing these payments before or during the trip.
1.4 Changes and Modifications by the Organizer
Before or during the trip, the organizer may modify services in cases of force majeure, considering that most services depend on independent suppliers. Once reservations are made, funds used for them are non-refundable.
No refund will be issued for services voluntarily not used by the client. Force majeure includes unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters or political causes.
1.5 Responsibility of the Trip Designer
The designer is responsible for consequences arising from non-performance of the contract proportionally to their role in the design of the trip.
They are exempt from liability in cases of force majeure, climatic circumstances, or events beyond their control, including airline incidents (boarding denial, cancellations, delays, baggage issues). The client is responsible for claiming passenger rights directly with the airline.
Local guides and agencies are solely responsible for operational management during the trip. The designer participates as one member of the group.
1.6 Cancellations by the Organizer
If a minimum group of 6 participants is not reached, the trip may be canceled with at least 30 days' notice.
In case of force majeure, cancellation may occur. Epidemics or pandemics may result in deduction of planning expenses.
Refund conditions depend on circumstances and supplier policies.
